Mango Banana Soy Smoothie

This simple smoothie recipe brings together soy and tropical fruit with mouthwatering results.


1 cup vanilla soymilk

1 cup orange juice

1 cup mango chunks, frozen

1 banana, sliced

5 Tablespoons Soya Life Instant Meal replacement Drink powder

1¼ cup ice cubes

1 teaspoon honey (optional)


Puree all ingredients in blender until smooth.

Serve immediately.
