Chicken-Style Mayo Sammie

Ingredients

1 box Fry’s Chicken style strips

3 tbsp B-Well Mayonnaise

Parsley to taste, chopped

8 slices of bread of your choice

Crisp lettuce, washed

Add some diced tomato if you wish

Method

Prepare the strips according to instructions on the box and allow to cool. In a large mixing tub combine the strips, chopped parsley and mayonnaise.  Ensure that the strips are evenly covered with the mayo.

Place the chicken-style mayo mix on a bed of lettuce between two slices of the bread of your choice and pop in a lunchbox.

Tip: Prep the chicken-style mayo mix the night before to save time in the morning.
